Biography

Alexandra Kurtyka is an associate attorney in the firm’s Phoenix office, where she focuses her practice on real estate litigation, professional liability, premises liability, and general civil litigation. She also brings significant experience in homeowners association (HOA) law, having represented numerous associations in enforcement, governance, and litigation matters throughout Arizona.

Since becoming licensed in 2019, Alexandra has developed a broad civil litigation practice that allows her to approach cases with a wide-angle perspective. Her experience includes trust and probate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and general counsel services for HOAs. She also regularly handles matters involving real estate and title disputes, fiduciary duty claims, insurance defense, auto liability, and defamation. With a background that spans multiple practice areas, Alexandra is particularly effective in matters where legal issues intersect or fall outside neat categories, an ability that often proves critical in resolving complex disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra practiced at a Phoenix-based civil litigation firm with a strong focus on HOA law. Before that, she worked at a small Arizona litigation firm, where she handled a wide range of estate, real estate, family law, and general civil litigation matters, further deepening her experience in both trial advocacy and client counseling.

Alexandra earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri’s renowned School of Journalism and her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2019. She focused her legal studies in business law and was awarded a Business Law Certificate upon graduation.
