Biography
Bahareh Habibi is a Partner at Zelms Erlich Lenkov. Ms. Habibi’s practice is focused on Northern California where she represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on premises liability, wrongful death, negligence, and complex litigation. With more than 15 years of experience, she has successfully handled all phases of litigation, including jury trials throughout California.
Ms. Habibi’s practice includes defending individuals, businesses, and public entities in high-exposure matters. She is known for her ability to develop efficient case strategies, parachute into trial, and advocate persuasively. Bahareh Habibi brings a pragmatic, trial-tested approach and calm presence to effectively resolve cases.
Ms. Habibi graduated from Whittier Law School in 2010, and received her B.S. in Chemistry from Portland State University, with University Honors. Always looking to give back, she served as Fundraiser/Treasurer for the Iranian American Bar Association (“IABA”) O.C. Chapter for the 2013-2014 term. IABA chapters hold networking events, publish articles on key legal developments, and provide outreach to lawyers and law students. She also served as a Student Director for the IABA O.C. Chapter in the 2009-2010 inaugural term.
