Biography
Cody N. Crosier is a Partner in the Phoenix office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov. Ms. Crosier represents businesses, public entities, and individuals in high-exposure civil litigation and is known for her ability to navigate sophisticated matters and consistently achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.
Her practice encompasses a broad range of disputes, including business torts, unfair competition, breach of contract, construction defect, insurance bad faith, product and premises liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, subrogation, workers’ compensation, and banking and regulatory compliance. She regularly represents public entities in liability matters, including claims involving alleged civil rights violations and governmental liability, and handles real estate disputes involving homeowners’ associations, property owners, and commercial entities.
Ms. Crosier represents Fortune 500 companies and other sophisticated clients in complex litigation, bringing a strategic and practical approach to resolving high-stakes disputes. She is particularly skilled at evaluating risk early in litigation and developing targeted strategies that position cases for efficient resolution while preserving leverage for trial when necessary.
Ms. Crosier earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business, graduating magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She is active in the community and, outside of her practice, enjoys traveling with her family, mountain biking, and skiing.
