Curtis Gole

Curtis Gole is an associate in the Zelms Erlich Lenkov Los Angeles office. He shares his time between the employment, general liability, and professional liability groups. Over his career, he has litigated high exposure personal injury cases in many areas of liability including mass tort, trucking, gyms, outdoor sports and recreation, venue/events, and commercial premises liability.

Curtis has also handled real property cases including habitability at multi-family and rental properties, defense of professionals (real estate brokers, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance brokers etc.), and defense of professionals in construction defect cases. He also advises companies of all sizes in an array of labor and employment matters, including claims of wage and hour violations, retaliation, wrongful termination, and discrimination.

Earlier in his career, Curtis represented parties in family law matters as well as serving as a judicial extern in the Los Angeles Superior Court – Pasadena Courthouse.

Mr. Gole graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2015 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA in Sociology. In his spare time, Mr. Gole enjoys UCLA athletics, golf, and spoiling his pets, Wayne and Oscar.
