Biography

Dennis has practiced in the area of insurance defense since 2008 and has been in the legal profession as a lawyer and paralegal since 1989.

His general civil litigation practice includes vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction defect, fire loss, government entity defense, trucking litigation, commercial property disputes, landlord/tenant habitability, first party fraud investigation and wrongful termination/workplace claims. In addition, Dennis has handled briefing of seven successful appeals for his clients, ranging from premises liability, assault/battery claim, nightclub security, and a business loss claim against a nationwide delivery company.

Dennis has first and second-chair trial experience, achieving a defense verdict for a public transportation entity. Dennis specializes in complex law and motion work, and the preparation for trial of complex personal injury, premises liability and business dispute cases. Dennis enjoys keeping abreast of the latest appellate tort law opinions that may impact current and future matters handled by the firm.

Dennis has also served as a settlement officer/mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court L.A. Resolve program, and as a judge for American Association of Justice Law Student Moot Court competition.
