Biography
Elijah J. Miller is an Associate at the Phoenix office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov. Mr. Miller earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2025. In law school, Mr. Miller served as Executive Editor of the Nevada Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller gained extensive legal experience across myriad roles. As a legal intern for various governmental legal organizations, Mr. Miller assisted in the litigation of both civil and criminal cases, from state court to federal court. He also worked for a private practice specializing in insurance defense, ranging from professional liability to directors and officers.
Mr. Miller is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona. He is attentive to detail and enjoys figuring out complex problems.
Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Southern California in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. In his free time, he enjoys traveling near and far, learning something new every day, and going on sunset car rides with his lab and the windows rolled down.
