Biography
Ellen Levy is a partner in the Phoenix office of Zelms Elrich Lenkov. She is and has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 2000. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Levy’s practice areas include high-exposure professional liability, bad-faith matters, dram shop matters, and catastrophic injury cases. She has successfully defended clients and carriers at trial, arbitrations, and appeals.
Ms. Levy has spent over two decades devoted to the practice of defense litigation. She is also a frequent guest speaker for carriers nationwide assisting them in the navigation of updated legal trends, and organizing success defense platforms.
Ellen received her undergraduate and law degree from the University of Miami with distinction.
