Biography

Eugenia Fowlkes is an associate in the Phoenix office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov. Ms. Fowlkes’ practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling. Ms. Fowlkes has experience litigating a broad range of employment issues, with a focus on discrimination and retaliation cases, in both federal and state court. Ms. Fowlkes’ practice areas also include professional and general liability matters. Prior to joining Zelms Erlich Lenkov, Ms. Fowlkes was an associate in the New York City office of a national labor and employment law firm.

Ms. Fowlkes obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University and her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo. School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City. Ms. Fowlkes is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Fowlkes is an Arizona native and is excited to be back and expanding her practice in her home state.
