Evan Parra Raygoza

Evan Diego Parra-Raygoza, is a dedicated and experienced attorney specializing in personal injury. A graduate of California Western School of Law, Evan earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude, placing in the top 19% of his class. He distinguished himself academically, earning the Academic Excellence Award for the highest grade in Property I and maintaining a spot on the Dean’s List for four semesters. Additionally, he was awarded a Certificate of Distinction and served as a Teacher’s Assistant in Constitutional Law.

Throughout law school, Evan gained practical experience as a certified mediator in small claims court, where he helped resolve disputes with a balanced and empathetic approach. He further honed his litigation skills through various roles in reputable law firms, handling cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, slip and fall, dog-bite and wrongful death. Evan has successfully managed all stages of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to favorable settlements.

Fluent in Spanish, Evan is passionate about providing legal representation to a diverse clientele. He has actively counseled Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their voices are heard in complex legal matters.

Evan recently secured a defense verdict in the Long Beach Courthouse in a motor vehicle negligence case. With his sharp investigatory skills, he uncovered pivotal evidence which contributed to favorable settlement in a wrongful death case. Leveraging his Spanish speaking abilities during a deposition, he caught that the interpreter’s translation did not accurately reflect the plaintiff’s statement. His correction uncovered critical information that paved the way for a positive resolution. With a strong foundation in law and a commitment to justice, Evan is prepared to offer personalized and effective legal solutions to clients across California.

Outside of his legal practice, Evan is committed to community service, having volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking in Yosemite Valley, and capturing nature through photography.
