Biography

Ms. Wyckoff is a Partner in the Los Angeles Office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov.

Ms. Wyckoff obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Marquette University in English Literature and her Juris Doctorate Degree at Southwestern University where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Secured Interest in Real Property.

Prior to coming to Zelms Erlich Lenkov, Ms. Wyckoff was a partner of a boutique general civil litigation law firm with an emphasis on real estate, landlord/tenant, unlawful detainer, business transactions and contracts. She specialized in defending property management companies, property owners, contractors, developers and businesses with their disputes. Through her work with her clients, Ms. Wyckoff has handled transactional work, leasing, probate, mediations & arbitrations, Ellis Act applications, creditor claims in bankruptcy, civil harassment cases, personal injury claims, appellate work and defending against ADA Claims. Ms. Wyckoff has experience with every aspect of the litigation process and has tried many cases to verdict. Ms. Wyckoff prides herself in developing and maintaining close working relationships and being someone her clients can trust.

Aside from her practice at Zelms Erlich Lenkov, Ms. Wyckoff loves Genealogy, traveling, spending time with her family (husband, two teenage children and a menagerie of pets) and fostering through a local rescue.

In addition to her law degree, Ms. Wyckoff has her California Real Estate License and is a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
