Biography
Ken Peace has spent his entire legal career successfully handling litigation matters for clients. Ken is also a frequent guest speaker, providing presentations on various litigation related topics to national audiences. While Ken’s home office is in Phoenix, Ken is the managing partner of the Dallas office for Zelms Erlich Lenkov. Ken’s legal practice focuses on high-exposure litigation in the areas of professional liability, premises liability, trucking claims, dram shop and social host liability, products liability, construction defect (representing general contractors, sub-contractors, and design and engineering professionals), insurance bad faith and coverage disputes, intellectual property disputes, commercial litigation, and probate and trust litigation.
Prior to joining Zelms Erlich Lenkov, Ken worked for several nationally recognized law firms. Mr. Peace has extensive trial court experience and has successfully argued four matters before the Arizona Court of Appeals. Ken is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Texas, Illinois and Tennessee, and a former member of the San Carlos Apache Tribal Bar Association. Ken is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona.
Ken received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois and his JD from DePaul University – College of Law in Chicago with high honors. Before practicing law, Ken was a fixed income trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
