Biography
Lynn Rivera is a partner based in the Los Angeles office. She has a multi-jurisdictional practice and is admitted to practice law in all the State and Federal Courts in California and Nevada. She has been practicing law for over 25 years. Ms. Rivera obtained her BA in sociology from UCSD and her JD from California Western School of Law, magna cum laude. She has been licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada since 1998. After law school, Ms. Rivera spent over 10 years in public service and worked as a judicial law clerk and a supervising staff attorney at the Nevada Supreme Court. She also spent three years serving the community as a Deputy District Attorney wherein she prosecuted numerous bench and felony jury trials.
Ms. Rivera has worked as a civil litigator since 2012 with a focus on premises liability, large loss tort cases involving catastrophic injuries, and medical malpractice. She has obtained numerous summary judgments and litigated civil jury trials to verdict in both California and Nevada. She represents individuals and businesses of all sizes including multi-national corporations.
