Madison Brunk
Madison Brunk is an Associate Attorney at Zelms Erlich Lenkov in the firm’s Phoenix office. Ms. Brunk is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.
Ms. Brunk’s areas of practice include professional liability, including Real Estate errors and omissions, homeowners’ association law, including general counsel, covenant enforcement, assessment recovery, and new development formation, construction law and landlord-tenant law.
Ms. Brunk earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2023. During law school, she was a member of the Institute to Transform Child Protection and participated in the Child Protection Clinic, where she provided community legal aid and represented parents and kin in child protection matters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Brunk enjoys staying active through pilates, long walks, and beach volleyball.
