Magen M. Staretz

Magen M. Staretz is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles Office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov. Ms. Staretz is a member of the Entertainment Law, Professional Sports Law, and Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Litigation teams.
In 2023, Ms. Staretz earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where she was awarded the Kennedy Full Tuition Merit Scholarship and the Distinguished Student Fellowship. During law school, she also served as a Constitutional Law Research Fellow. In 2020, Ms. Staretz received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Staretz is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Outside of work, Ms. Staretz enjoys live music, doubles tennis, and catching the sunset in the South Bay.
