Biography
Max Latman is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Zelms Elrich Lenkov, where he practices with the firm’s real estate and professional liability teams. He handles all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including trial.
Mr. Latman’s practice focuses on complex business and real estate disputes, including professional liability defense, commercial contract litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate transaction disputes. He also has extensive experience handling general liability matters in the healthcare, transportation, retail, restaurant, and entertainment sectors.
Mr. Latman earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he served as Lead Article Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law and externed for the Honorable Craig Richman of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
