Nick Eicher

Nick Eicher is an associate attorney in the firm’s Phoenix office. His practice consists of civil litigation, with a particular focus in professional liability, real estate errors and omissions, construction defect, and commercial tort claims.

Nick’s background includes a wide variety of practice areas. He has represented corporate clients in commercial litigation, partnership and business-owner disputes, and real estate conflicts, and has also advised nonprofit organizations and community associations on governance, enforcement, and related operational matters.
