Biography
Sara Sadri is a Partner at Zelms Erlich Lenkov whose practice includes real estate, insurance, and business matters. Her background combines transactional counseling, business operations, and litigation experience.
Before joining ZEL, Sara served in in-house legal roles for California real estate brokerages, advising on contracts, regulatory compliance, licensing, risk management, dispute resolution, and brokerage operations. She also has experience representing clients in litigation involving real estate transactions, nondisclosure and misrepresentation claims, breach of fiduciary duty, brokerage liability, and related business disputes. This combination of litigation and in-house experience provides her with a practical and strategic perspective on managing legal risk and resolving complex real estate matters.
Sara earned her J.D. from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law and her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine. She is admitted to practice in California and speaks Farsi.
