Biography
Sarah Sawyer is an Associate Attorney in the Phoenix office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov.
Sarah’s current practice includes professional liability defense, real estate errors and omissions, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant matters, commercial litigation, commercial transactions and contracts, and zoning and entitlement matters.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2024, graduating in the top 25% of her class. During law school, she participated in the Poverty Law and Policy Clinic, where she worked on affordable housing and environmental policy matters. Her clinic work earned her the Outstanding Clinic Team Award and the Clinical Legal Education Association Award.
She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Arizona State University in 2018.
Sarah is admitted to practice law in Arizona.
