Tiffiny M. Fox

Tiffiny M. Fox is a Partner in the Los Angeles Office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov where she is a member of the Entertainment Law, Professional Sports Law, and Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Litigation teams as well as the Trucking and Transportation, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Product Liability, Employment Law, and Class Action and Mass Torts Defense teams.

Tiffiny is a strategic advisor, civil litigator, and trial attorney with expertise in fraud investigation, insurance and public entity defense, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and integrity-focused litigation. She has a proven ability to navigate complex legal frameworks with a focus on aligning legal strategy in tandem with business objectives to mitigate risk and achieve client-centric results. Tiffiny has an extensive legal background in representing and defending clients in complex business litigation, civil litigation, insurance defense, SIU claims, criminal law, and torts. Her litigation experience includes all manners of property and casualty claims in comprehensive civil litigation matters, including premises liability, construction law, product liability, toxic tort, and vehicular negligence. As a trial attorney, tiffiny has first chaired three civil trials and second chaired two murder trials.

Tiffiny’s previous experience includes founding and managing her own law firm, serving as Trial Attorney and Fraud Investigation Counsel for a global leader in property and casualty insurance, and representing clients from underrepresented communities in the areas of criminal defense and civil rights litigation.

In 2024, Tiffiny relaunched The Walls Family Scholar Athlete Foundation (“TWF”) in honor of her father and lifelong mentor, Larry Dean Walls, Esq. after his passing in 2023. The re-envisioned mission of TWF is to recognize and award exemplary graduating high school seniors who are scholar-athletes, community leaders, and women who aspire to be attorneys.

Tiffiny is a SoCal native who grew up in Monrovia and a proud BruiCane. She graduated from the University of California Los Angeles and participated in its inaugural Law Fellows Program. Thereafter, she graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she was the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, a Staff Editor and Symposium Editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, a member of Phi Alpha Delta; the Black Law Students Association; the American Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Section; and the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section.
